COMMON OPERATIONAL PICTURE // COP-01NETWORK ACTIVE

Sawang response packages prioritize coastal insertion, river movement and dense-terrain coordination.

THE PURPOSE

Cooperation without absorption.

Allied Response Command is designed as a neutral coordination layer. Member factions retain their own leadership, ranks and internal systems while gaining a reliable structure for joint deployments.

ARC provides shared planning, compatible procedures and controlled information exchange. Access is always based on role, purpose and explicit approval.

OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY

From request to after-action review.

Every joint activity follows a clear lifecycle. Sensitive details stay restricted until Command releases them.

01

Request

A partner submits purpose, availability, force size and preferred region.

02

Coordinate

ARC assigns command roles, confirms readiness and resolves timezones.

03

Deploy

Approved participants receive the briefing and role-specific instructions.

04

Review

Command records outcomes; partners receive an approved AAR summary.

ALLIANCE NETWORK

Independent factions. Shared advantage.

Partnership is modular. A faction can begin with one exercise and expand cooperation only when both sides agree.

01

Joint operations

Combined missions with defined authority, participant roles and controlled briefings.

02

Interoperability

Shared communications, compatible procedures, coordinated resources and clearly assigned responsibilities.

03

Verified records

Consent-based qualification checks without exposing private notes or complete files.

04

Dedicated workspace

Representatives submit requests, coordinate dates and access approved releases.

LEADERSHIP FACTIONS // JOINT COUNCIL

Core leadership. Allied representation.

These factions form the ARC leadership council. Additional member and partner factions remain independent participants and do not automatically become part of the senior command body.
